SUV-Cam professional supports a 'continuous recording' function which is a must for digital surveillance. This function is useful for times when you may need to keep recording untill something has happened, for example in production management tasks or security operations.
In 'continous recording' mode, a new file is created every 128MB until the memory card reaches full capacity. Once the card is full the camera continues to record whilst free-ing up space by overwriting the oldest files 128MB at a time. This way the camera can record continuously all day or night until an event is captured, when the SD card can then be removed and stored safely.

Power save mode: The unit continues to record even when the LCD screen is switched off, economising on power usage and thus increasing recording time.
